Tati Westbrook is putting down roots.
According to Variety, the beauty YouTuber has purchased a $3.3 million USD home in Sherman Oaks, California— and it happens to be the same one she’s been living in for the last three years!
Unbeknownst to fans, Tati and her husband James were reportedly renting the home from a San Diego-based real estate investor and just last week, they managed to buy their landlord out in a private sale.
Tucked away in the San Fernando Valley, Tati’s modern farmhouse boasts 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and spans nearly 5,000 square feet. It also features security gates, a detached guest house, a pool, a theatre room, a walk-in wine closet, and of course, the 38-year-old’s iconic glam room/filming studio.
This is not the only property Tati and James own. Variety also reports the couple own a penthouse in the Seattle area which was last assessed around the $3 million USD mark.
