Beauty and lifestyle influencer Bretman Rock has called out David Dobrik for being rude to him at the 2019 People’s Choice Awards.
Over the weekend, Bretman took to Instagram stories to share a story about how the disgraced YouTuber treated him one day after his father had passed away.
“Let me spill some tea bitch. I’ve been wanting to spill this tea for so fucking long. He’s cancelled now so I don’t really give a fuck about sharing this tea,” Bretman starts.
The Hawaii-based creator went on to say, “A couple years ago I won Beauty Influencer of the year by the People’s Choice Awards. That was the same year that David mother-fucking Dobrik won Content Creator of the fucking year…whatever.”
In 2019, David won Social Media Star of the year at the People’s Choice Awards. Bretman explains that the awards were presented “literally back-to-back.”
Bretman says he went over to David’s table to show his friends—who were presumably sitting at the same table as David— his Beauty Influencer award when David asked him, “Who are you? What do you do? What did you win?”
“First of all, I don’t fucking owe you an explanation. And second of all, they literally said our names and category right after the fuck each other,” Bretman quips before explaining that one day before the People’s Choice Awards his father passed away. “Nobody has ever shitted on me and made me feel so irrelevant.”
Bretman finishes, “All I have to say after two years to Mr. David…who are you? What do you do? What did you win?”
