Officially becoming a billionaire only days ago, it seems Kim Kardashian is looking to expand her empire even further.
As reported by WWD, Kim filed a trademark for “Skkn by Kim” with the US Patent and Trademark Office on the 30th March, 2021. The trademark is said to include “skin care, hair care, nail care, and supplements categories,” as well as “skin and hair tools” and home products.
The reality star and mother of four’s move into skincare comes as no surprise after the success of KKW Beauty, in which COTY has a twenty per cent stake. The parent company, which also owns a majority stake in Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin announced earlier in the year KKW would be moving into skincare, however at the time, no trademarks had been filed.
One thing we know for sure is that the Kardashian’s don’t do things by halves, so we can’t wait to see Kim’s skincare brand come to life.
