The internet’s favourite skincare specialist has some exciting news to share. The one and only, SkincareByHyram, is releasing his very own skincare range!
The news first broke on TikTok, with the creator responding to a comment earlier this week asking, “When is Hyram going to release a skincare brand I feel like I’ve waited forever”? Hyram posted a blue screen at the end of the video with a slide reading ’06/01/2021′ and the caption, “@selflessbyhyram #seflessbyhyram.”
On June 1st, Hyram announced via Instagram that he was, in fact, launching his own skincare line called ‘Selfless by Hyram’ in collaboration with The INKEY List. In a YouTube video posted to his channel, Hyram reveals that “each product is formulated to be effective and innovative utilising some of my favourite ingredients to deliver results without sensitivity.”
The skincare guru goes on to say that the “primary intent of Selfless is to create social change” and that every product purchased will make an impact on two global crises: clean drinking water and climate change. “Every time you purchase a health equality product, one person is provided with clean drinking water for one year. For every climate impact product purchased, you are helping fight climate change by protecting the land from deforestation all over the world.”
This is not the first time Hyram has collaborated with The INKEY List. Earlier this year, the influencer curated an edit for the brand which included five of his favourite full-sized products.
Shaking up the beauty industry by simplifying and “democratising” skincare, The INKEY List believes that beauty should be transparent, offering a large selection of high-quality and inexpensive products.
As YouTube’s most famous skinfluencer with over 4.5 million subscribers, it was only a matter of time before Hyram released his own line. Though he isn’t an accredited dermatologist, Hyram is renowned for his expertise in skincare ingredients and his education-based content.
With his philosophy being “the ingredients don’t lie,” Hyram believes skincare should be accessible, much like The INKEY List.
