Willow Smith is officially a home owner!
The 19-year-old singer and daughter of Hollywood royalty, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, has purchased her first home— a Malibu mansion with views of the Pacific Ocean.
According to Dirt, Willow’s new digs set her back a cool $3.1 million. The home spans nearly 3,000 sq ft., boasting four bedrooms, four bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and solar-powered energy. The backyard doesn’t offer a pool, however the spacious patio opens to a birdseye view of the mountains and ocean.
The purchase comes off the back of a tumultuous few months for the star and her family after a disturbing video resurfaced of YouTuber Shane Dawson pretending to masturbate to a poster of an 11-year-old Willow Smith.
Shortly after the clip began circulating, Jaden Smith took to Twitter to respond to his younger sister being sexualised by an adult man.
Willow and Jaden’s mother, Jada Pinkett-Smith, also got involved, tweeting that she is “done” with Shane Dawson’s excuses.
The Malibu buy makes sense for the teen, who grew up on her family’s compound just outside the region. Brother Jaden currently resides at their parents’ Hidden Hills estate.
